I do a few of these, although for 1) I'd always assumed that the woman had actually loosened it for me. Not that I admit this, obviously. I'm 'ard.

Nope I'm quite happy to say I dislike stereotypical students as generalisation. This is far far deeper dislike than that which I hate in anyone. Its the sort of thing where you start imagining how nice it would be to smack about them about while they're talking to you. But on the other hand that could just be me and a select group of people destined to become mentally unstable.

Loose women (tv). Horrible women.
Re: Thread of Minor Irritances Which Don't Require Their Own Thread
Midges. What is the point in them and how do they survive? All they appear to do is thrash about in the same spot together until you walkthrough them and they become lodged in your face.
Re: Thread of Minor Irritances Which Don't Require Their Own Thread
There's not really a great deal of point to any creature though is there? We're just developed enough to not thrash around until we get stuck in places. (Insert "well, except for Pete Doherty/Liam Gallagher etc." comment here.

True but most other creatures at least attempt to look like they're doing something constructive at some point during the day.

I would not argue against any suggestion that the existence of people who enjoy watching Loose Women is midge like.

That the council has known for three days that it would snow today, but still had the ineptitude to not grit the roads beforehand.
I just noticed this emoticon -

i heard that they invite newspaper boys into their house for milk and cookies. So far no takers. Which is actually kind of heart-breaking... if their intentions are good.
